With EventOFFICE your guests get one-click registration - not a complicated process designed by an IT engineer. A simple, easy to use Event Registration Form has them completing their registration in moments, with immediate on-screen and email confirmation.
As an organiser you can direct guests to your Event Registration Form from a link on your website or promotional links via other websites. Links can also be included in email blasts, enabling guests to register directly from the email. Some organisers also print the link on direct marketing material.
The event form is accessible by your support team, be that an external call center or in-house staff. Again, a one click registration process - much easier than other IT integration approaches.
Many paths can lead to your Event Registration Form and all, only one click away from successful registration.
So how does it work when a guest signs up?

We designed the facility with your guests in mind! Your guests arrive at the Event Registration Form, enter their response/details and receive an immediate on-screen and email confirmation. If using BoxOFFICE, a Tax Invoice will be included in the email. They can access their booking via a username and password (provided at the time of registration), make changes and purchase additional tickets. The Event Organiser also receives confirmation of each registration.
In the background your guest list is populated, (including all guests information) and securely stored in the EventOFFICE Data Center. This information is accessible to the Event Organiser in real time, anywhere, 24/7.
All online and all without interrupting your team from creating a memorable event.
