Automated Confirmation Email Responders
With every Booking/Registration an automated email is sent to the user. It contains all relevant information from the registration form, google map link, add to outlook link, link to admin console for additional bookings, tax invoice link and any other information needed.

Payments are processed through the EventOFFICE treasury with all transaction follow up and queries (failed transactions, refunds etc) being conducted by EventOFFICE staff. Payment Gateway Integration
This option is best suited to clients who have their own payment gateway such as PayPal, SecurePay or DirectONE and wish to minimise their costs.
The EventOFFICE registration site will be integrated with your own payment gateway to automatically process guest payments. Clients can view the payment status of each registration and funds are deposited directly into clients’ bank accounts. This method requires clients to manage and follow up declined transactions and refunds etc.

Payment Gateway Set-up and Integration

This method requires clients to manage and follow up declined transactions and refunds etc.
