EventOFFICE is designed to help you receive and manage registrations for multiple events, simultaneously – with no extra effort from you.

Your guests are also able to register for multiple events at the one time.

How do my in-house team and suppliers get access?

ANSWER :

EventOFFICE works similar to most software security profiles.

The Event Organiser, designates the level of access to be given to each individual. Three security options are available:

Read Only – able to view registration status reports.

Event Supporter – involved in the guest registration/management functions.

Event Organiser - full access to registration status reports and guest management functions.

Can different departments within my organisation (or external suppliers) manage their own guest lists?

ANSWER :

Yes. A great feature of EventOFFICE is Group Management. Other members of your team can manage their own guest lists, but you still retain control.

Group Management is especially beneficial in allowing Sales Teams to invite their own clients and Management to invite certain VIP’s etc.

How do my guests register, RSVP or purchase tickets?

ANSWER :

Your guests register themselves online, using your event registration form, by clicking on a link from an email invitation, your website/partner website or an online promotion etc.

For those guests responding via telephone/post/mail, you simply input their registration details via the Administrator Console.

What happens if a guest does not respond?

ANSWER :

You simply specify a reminder date in the set up and any guests who have not responded will receive a reminder email.

ANSWER :

You can give access to your call centre team allowing them to take bookings over the telephone and enter them directly into the EventOFFICE facility for your event.

Does my IT department need to become involved? How secure is the data and how do I access it?

ANSWER :

Considering how busy they usually are, thankfully no.

Your data is secured by an Enterprise Grade Database. As part of the facility, you can download a copy of your event data in a CSV or Excel file format. This option is available 24/7. It can also be provided on CD-ROM.

How do my guests pay? Do I need to have an online payment facility? What about tax invoices?

ANSWER :

EventOFFICE can collect credit card information on your behalf.

If you currently have an Online Payment Gateway the payments can be process via that system.

If you do not have an Online Payment Gateway we can recommend one.

Otherwise, most of our clients use their in-house credit card merchant facility and simply process the payments manually from the information received via the registration form.

Immediately after registering for your event, your guest will receive a Tax Invoice via email, containing all details of the event and payment, including any GST component. The email also contains an individual username and password so they can manage their own account.

Can I produce name tags?

ANSWER :

Yes. You can automatically merge & print name tags from your event database.

How do I handle table allocations and seating plans for banquet events?

ANSWER :

Banquet Manager is a feature of BoxOFFICE, specifically designed to make table bookings and individual seating allocations a breeze. Our clients love it!

Your guests simply buy whole tables, progressively allocate guest names to the individual seats at their leisure, via an online log-in. Simple.

The site has a number of options for this type of registration such that other attendees do not see "FOC" on the form. The facility enables Multiple Registration Forms to attach to your web site if required.
